We write, a lot. And we design even more. Daily. Hourly, in fact. We use roughly 500 words a minute and, we want to say even more artboards, but that may be a large exaggeration. Regardless, we do this because that is what we’re good at. It’s our job. It’s our passion.

Our clients are professionals in their field – internet providers, brokers, hospitality groups, conflict management experts, and medical service providers. While we’ve thought about telling our broker just exactly how we want them to operate, or a top-rated chef how to make the perfect omelette, we’ve come to realise that it is best to let the professionals do what the professionals do. There’s a reason why we have brokers, and why a company invests in conflict management solutions. It’s because of one of these reasons (maybe even both):

  1. We don’t have the capacity to take on the work or manage the task.
  2. We don’t have the skill to solve or execute the situation or task, respectively.

This is where we come in and say hey, guys! hey! Can we be included into this pool of professionals? We’re here to be an extension of your business. We are here to help you! We are here to make YOU better, free up YOUR time to do what you do, and make YOU look good while doing it.

As creatives, the limit almost does not exist (no, really!). We make budgets work and briefs happen, and we promise you that if you trust us, you won’t be disappointed. Because we all know if we don’t trust our service providers, we’re going to end up with an average omelette and some outstanding claims.

As with everything, we understand that we need to earn your trust. We need to give you good enough reason to put your eggs in our basket. We know how hard it can be, but we also know how rewarding it can be as well. Coming from the outside in, we bring a unique perspective – similar to that of your audience. We can identify the gaps, disparities, and possible improvements that you may not see because of perhaps personal bias, company politics, or little knowledge of the capabilities of current marketing trends. We become your fresh eyes, and we work to make it better for you and your business, with no personal agendas.

Because marketing is what we do, we do it all day, every day, ensuring that our services offered to you are done on time, with the same look and feel across the board. We do not duplicate or use older resources, we stay relevant, up-to-date, and consistent.

While we understand and trust that you know best for your business, design is something best left to the pros. Eye-catching designs are great and obviously the goal, but they serve little purpose when practical application is not considered. Where will the design go? Who will see it? What emotions will it evoke? Not only do we learn about your business, but we learn about your audience just the same, and we design to help them better understand your business and address their pain points, easily and aesthetically.

  1. We strategise and create clear guidelines & identity

We jump into the deep end sometimes, but always with a plan. This plan helps us, and your business, better understand your brands positioning and personality. It is not uncommon for business owners to skip this step because the strategy and identity is inside their head. This is great (and we’re jealous of such fabulous memory) – but what happens when you need to share this with your employees and audience?

We find a lot of clients skipping this step because it can sometimes be a costly and timely exercise, but 9 out of 10 times, we find ourselves coming back to this crucial stage after running around a few bushes. In the end, we all get really tired and sometimes someone cries.
